Food Establishments on Conditional Satisfactory
What does it mean when a food establishment is Conditionally Satisfactory? At the time of inspection, the establishment was found to not be operating in substantial compliance with N.J.A.C 8:24 Sanitation in Retail Food Establishments and was in violation of one or more of the provisions of the code. Due to the nature of these violations, a reinspection shall be conducted at an unannounced time and within a reasonable time frame determined by the type of the violation.
